1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the sale of products offered by Doli Shine

3. Orders may be placed by persons who are at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, the Buyer
confirms that this condition is met.
4. Doli Shine reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Such changes shall
not affect orders placed before their publication.
5. These Terms and Conditions do not grant any rights to third parties. The only parties to
the agreement are the Seller and the Buyer.
1. Orders are placed via the Doli Shine online store.
2. Payments are processed via secure payment systems:

◦ BLIK
◦ Revolut
3. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country of delivery and the selected
currency.
4. All prices are displayed in:
◦ Polish zloty (PLN), or
◦ British pounds (GBP)
and include delivery costs unless stated otherwise before finalising the order.
5. Any additional charges (e.g. related to the delivery address) are clearly indicated before
order confirmation.
6. Product prices may change. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the
order is placed. For limited editions, prices may increase as availability decreases.
7. If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, the Buyer will be informed immediately
and given the option to:
• confirm the order at the correct price, or
• cancel the order and receive a full refund.
8. The product description and price displayed at the time of ordering are binding.

9. After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an email confirmation.

10. All products are offered subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, Doli Shine reserves
the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
1. Doli Shine delivers orders to:

◦ the United Kingdom,
◦ selected European countries, including in particular: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland,
Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, and other countries listed on the store website.
2. Shipments
Poland
Shipments within Poland are handled by the following carriers, depending on the selected
delivery option:
• Poczta Polska,
• InPost / InPost Mobile (Paczkomaty),
• DPD / DPD Mobile,
• DHL / Mój DHL,
• ORLEN Paczka,
• UPS.
United Kingdom
Shipments within the United Kingdom are handled by the following carriers, depending
on the selected delivery option:
• Royal Mail,
• DPD,
• DHL,
• UPS.
3. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer or to a selected collection point.
4. Delivery times are indicative and depend on product availability, order processing time,
and the chosen carrier.
5. Doli Shine makes every effort to dispatch orders within 5 business days from the date of
payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
6. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the logistics operator.
7. Upon delivery, responsibility for the goods, including the risk of loss or damage,
passes to the Buyer.
1. For orders shipped:
◦ between Poland and the United Kingdom, or
◦ to other European countries,
2. The shipment may be subject to additional charges such as VAT, customs duties,
or other local administrative fees.
3. Any additional customs or tax-related costs are borne by the Buyer.
4. Doli Shine has no control over the amount or method of calculation of these charges and
recommends contacting the local customs office or carrier for details.
1. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Buyer has the right to withdraw
from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
◦ books with a personal dedication,
◦ products made to order or personalised.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller via the Contact form
4. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer. The return shipment must include a
tracking number.
5. Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
6. If an order cannot be fulfilled within 14 days, the Buyer will be informed and will have the right
to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
7. Doli Shine is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control or for damage
occurring after delivery.
8. Doli Shine is not responsible for loss or damage to return shipments caused by postal or courier
services

1. These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with:
◦ the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
